My Tenuto 2 won't turn onUpdated a month ago

Please note that all our products ship in Travel Lock mode. To release the device from this mode, connect it to USB power. After it has charged for a short time, unplug the USB cable and try turning the device on.

If you still have problems, check the items below and let us know the results so we can pass the details to our technical team.

1. Use a different power source and a different USB cable.

2. Check for dirt or dust in the charging port.

3. Look for any lights when you start charging the device.

4. Press each button a few times and listen for clear, repeated clicks.

5. Turn the device on by pressing the power button for 2 seconds. (Some devices turn on and then off quickly if you hold the button too long. Updating the device through the app resolves this.)

6. After trying to power on, press each button individually. Each press should turn the light on to confirm the button press.

The timing is subtle:

Correct: Press the power button, count 1 - 2 seconds, then release. Holding it for about 1 second and releasing before the light flashes also works.
Incorrect: Holding the button for 4 seconds activates the first 2 seconds for power-on and the next 2 seconds for power-off.
