Problems turning off the device?Updated a month ago

If you’re new to the device, remember that some buttons have dual functions, such as power on/off and Bluetooth pairing. The icons beside the buttons are only indicators and not buttons themselves. The power button (>) usually has the power symbol next to it.

While the device is vibrating, first check that all button functions work. Try changing the vibration pattern or intensity; this confirms the buttons and software are operating correctly.

If the device is connected to a phone or the Remote via Bluetooth, you cannot power it down until the connection ends. Close the app completely, or hold the Remote’s power button until it disconnects.

Next, connect the device to the USB charging cable. MysteryVibe devices should not vibrate during charging, so the vibration should stop when the device detects power.

If the problem continues, the device may be faulty. Let the battery run down completely, then give it a short five-to-ten-minute charge and see whether a hard reboot solves the issue. Please also report the problem to [email protected].
