Are the products waterproof?Updated a month ago

All our devices are water-resistant, they are fine to use in the shower and wash under running water. All our device ports use the special Microsoft USB connector, similar to the ports on smartphones, which has a silicone seal inside making them waterproof for short periods of time.

However we don't recommend submerging them in water as, like smartphones, the waterproof seal in the ports, can only hold for a short time, and to a small depth, so best to not submerge in water.
