How do I update the MV Remote with the MysteryVibe App?Updated 15 days ago

Watch this short 5-minute video on how to do a Remote update. If your Remote needs a software patch, 2 updates might be necessary.

Here is a step-by-step on how to update your Remote with the MysteryVibe App: 

Step 1: Open the app.

Step 2: Turn on your Remote by pressing both the power and Bluetooth buttons at the same time. You’ll know you did this correctly if the lights flash purple. 

Step 3: Enable Bluetooth on your Remote. The lights will flash blue if this was successful.

Step 4: Select Remote on the app, then select “Tap to connect” on the app screen. It will ask you to pair, then select yes.  

Step 5: Wait 7-10 minutes for update to complete. Don’t leave the page while it’s updating. 

Step 6: Once the update is complete, your vibrator will disconnect and reboot to install the update. 

Step 7: If the update was successful, your Remote’s lights will flash.  

Optional: It is recommend to repeat this process again, to ensure your Remote updated and there is no second update needed. Once your done, just close the app and move back to using the Remote in its normal mode – with whatever device you have.
