Here is a step-by-step guide to updating your Remote with the MysteryVibe app:

Step 1: Open the app.

Step 2: Turn on your Remote by pressing both the power and Bluetooth buttons at the same time. You’ll know you did this correctly if the lights flash purple.

Step 3: Enable Bluetooth on your Remote. The lights will flash blue if this is successful.

Step 4: Select Remote in the app, then tap Tap to Connect on the screen. When prompted to pair, tap Yes.

Step 5: Wait 7-10 minutes for the update to complete. Don’t leave the page while it’s updating.

Step 6: After the update is complete, your Remote will disconnect and reboot to install the firmware.

Step 7: If the update is successful, your Remote’s lights will flash.

Optional: We recommend repeating this process once more to ensure your Remote is fully updated and no second update is required. When you’re done, close the app and return to using the Remote in its normal mode with any compatible device.
