I get an error when I try to update the firmware using the MysteryVibe App. What should I do?Updated a month ago

The firmware file is quite large, and the transfer takes about 10 minutes.

If any interruptions occur during this time - such as a phone call or Bluetooth interference - an error may appear. If that happens, simply tap the circle again to restart the update, and it should proceed smoothly.

Alternatively, you can go to your phone’s Bluetooth settings and select “Forget” for the device. Then delete and reinstall the MysteryVibe app. The firmware should now download without errors.
