My Crescendo 2 won't turn onUpdated a month ago
Your Crescendo 2 may be stuck in boot mode, which prevents it from turning on properly.
To fix this, connect your Crescendo 2 to a USB power source. Let it charge for about 15 minutes, and then try turning it on.
To keep this from happening again, connect your Crescendo 2 to the app and install the firmware update when prompted.
The update file is large, so the process can take around 10 minutes. Once the new firmware is installed, the issue should not recur.
