My Crescendo 2 won't turn on.Updated 17 days ago

Your Crescendo 2 may be stuck in boot mode, where it is unable to turn on correctly.

To fix this, connect you Crescendo 2 to USB power. Let Crescendo 2 charge for around 15 minutes, and then try turning it on.

To prevent this from happening again, connect your Crescendo 2 to the app and install the firmware update when it prompts you to.

This is quite a large file so it will take around 10 minutes, but once you have successfully installed the new firmware then you shouldn't see this issue again.
