This will show whether the buttons and software are functioning correctly.</p><p data-start="465" data-end="729">If a persistent Bluetooth connection exists between the device and a phone or the Remote, you cannot power down the device until the connection is terminated. End the connection by fully closing the app or by holding the Remote&#x2019;s power button until it disconnects.</p><p data-start="731" data-end="898">Next, connect the device to the USB cable to charge. MysteryVibe devices should not vibrate while charging, so the vibration should stop once the device detects power.</p><p data-start="900" data-end="1153" data-is-last-node data-is-only-node>If this does not resolve the issue, please contact us, as the device may be faulty. Let the battery run down completely, then give it a 5 - 10 minute charge to see whether a hard reboot fixes the problem.
