If you are a new user, some buttons have dual functions like power on/off, Bluetooth pairing. The icons next to buttons are just a symbol for indication not actual buttons. The power button ‘>’ typically has the power symbol close to it.
While the device is vibrating - firstly check if all the button functions are working, change vibe or change intensity – this will give indication if buttons and software is running correctly.
If there is a persistent Bluetooth connection to a phone or the remote, you cannot power down the device until the connection is terminated, this can be done by closing the APP completely or holding the power button on the remote until it disconnects.
The next thing to try is to connect the device for charging with the USB lead. MysteryVibe devices should not vibrate when charging, so if the device detects charge power the vibration should stop.
If this does not resolve the issue, please get back in touch as your device may be faulty, for now leave it to run down the battery fully. After the battery has depleted, you can try a short charge 5-10 mins and check if the hard reboot has resolved the problem. Please also report this to us at [email protected].
