My Legato won't turn onUpdated a month ago

Please note that all our products ship in Travel Lock mode. To release the device, connect it to a USB power source. After it has charged for a short time, unplug the cable and try turning the device on.

If you still have problems, work through the steps below and let us know the results so our technical team can follow up:

1. Use a different power source and a different USB cable.

2. Check for dirt or dust in the charging port.

3. See whether any lights appear when you start charging the device.

4. Press each button a few times to confirm you feel distinct, repeated clicks.

5. Turn the device on by pressing the power button for about 2 seconds. Some units turn on and then off if the button is held too long. Updating the device through the app usually resolves this.

6. After you try to power on, press each button one at a time. Each press should make the light turn on.

The timing is subtle:

Correct: Press the power button, count one to two seconds, and release. Holding it for about one second and releasing before the light flashes also works.
Incorrect: Holding the button for around four seconds starts the power-on sequence, then immediately triggers power-off.
