My Molto won't turn onUpdated a month ago
Please note that all our products ship in Travel Lock mode. To release the device, connect it to USB power. After it has charged for a short time, disconnect the cable and try turning the device on.
If the problem continues, work through the checklist below and send us your findings so our technical team can follow up:
Use a different power source and a different USB cable.
Check for dirt or dust in the charging port.
Look for any lights when you start charging the device.
Press each button a few times to confirm you feel distinct, repeated clicks.
Turn on the device by pressing the power button for about 2 seconds. (Some devices turn off again if you hold the button too long. Updating the firmware in the app usually resolves this.)
After attempting to power on, press each button one at a time. Each press should make the light turn on, confirming the button press.
The timing can be subtle:
Correct: Press the power button, count to 2, then release. Holding it for roughly 1 second and releasing before the light flashes also works.
Incorrect: Holding the button for about 4 seconds triggers 2 seconds for power-on and another 2 seconds for power-off.
