My MV Remote isn't charging / doesn't charge. What should I do?Updated a month ago

Make sure the USB charging cable is firmly plugged into the charging port on the MV Remote and that the other end is connected to a reliable USB power adapter or computer.

Unplug and reconnect the USB charging cable to see if the MV Remote begins to charge.
