My MV Remote isn't charging / doesn't charge. What should I do?Updated a month ago

Make sure the USB charging cable is firmly inside the charging port on the MV Remote and that the other end is connected to a reliable USB power plug or computer. 

Try detaching and reattaching the USB charging cable and see if the MV Remote begins to charge.
