My MysteryVibe App is stuck on 'updating firmware'?Updated a month ago

Please try the following:

  1. Make sure you have the most up-to-date version of the app on your phone. If you’re unsure, delete and reinstall the app.

  2. Confirm that the correct device is selected in the app. From the home screen, swipe down, tap the gear icon in the top-right corner, scroll to Swap Device, and select the device you want to connect.

  3. A persistent connection issue often means the Bluetooth pairing is incorrect and the app cannot access the device’s secure features. In your phone’s Bluetooth settings, tap the device name and select Forget. Then reconnect through the app.
