My Tenuto Mini won't turn onUpdated a month ago

Please note that all our products ship in Travel Lock mode. To release the device from this mode, connect it to USB power. After it has charged for a short time, unplug the USB cable and try turning the device on.

If the problem continues, please work through the steps below and send us the results so we can pass them to our technical team:

1. Use a different power source and a different USB cable.

2. Check the charging port for dirt or dust.

3. Look for any lights when you begin charging the device.

4. Press each button a few times to confirm you feel distinct, repeated clicks.

5. Turn the device on by pressing the power button for about two seconds.

   • Note: Some devices turn on and then off if you hold the button too long. Updating the firmware through the app usually resolves this.

6. After attempting to power on, press each button individually. Each press should make the light turn on, confirming the button press.

The timing is subtle:

Correct: Press the power button, count “one-two,” then release. Holding it for roughly one second and releasing before the light flashes also works.

Incorrect: Holding the button for about four seconds triggers two seconds for power-on and another two seconds for power-off.
