After it has charged for a short time, unplug the USB cable and try turning the device on.If the problem continues, please work through the steps below and send us the results so we can pass them to our technical team:<ol data-start="399" data-end="1012"><li data-start="399" data-end="463">Use a different power source and a different USB cable.</li><li data-start="464" data-end="510">Check the charging port for dirt or dust.</li><li data-start="511" data-end="571">Look for any lights when you begin charging the device.</li><li data-start="572" data-end="653">Press each button a few times to confirm you feel distinct, repeated clicks.</li><li data-start="654" data-end="876">Turn the device on by pressing the power button for about two seconds.<ul data-start="737" data-end="876" style="font-weight: initial;"><li data-start="737" data-end="876">Note: Some devices turn on and then off if you hold the button too long. Updating the firmware through the app usually resolves this.</li></ul></li><li data-start="877" data-end="1012">After attempting to power on, press each button individually. Each press should make the light turn on, confirming the button press.</li></ol>The timing is subtle:Correct: Press the power button, count &#x201C;one-two,&#x201D; then release. If you&#x2019;re a new user, remember that some buttons have dual functions, such as power on/off and Bluetooth pairing. The icons next to the buttons are indicators, not additional buttons. The power button (&gt;) typically has the power symbol beside it.While the device is vibrating, first check that all button functions work by changing the vibration pattern or adjusting the intensity. This will show whether the buttons and software are working correctly.If the device is connected to a phone or the remote via Bluetooth, you can&#x2019;t power it down until the connection is terminated. Close the app completely or hold the remote&#x2019;s power button until it disconnects.Next, connect the device to a USB cable to charge. MysteryVibe devices shouldn&#x2019;t vibrate while charging, so the vibration should stop once the device detects power.If this doesn&#x2019;t resolve the issue, the device may be faulty. Let the battery run down completely, then give it a short five- to ten-minute charge and see whether a hard reboot fixes the problem.
