Problems turning off the device?Updated 8 days ago

If you are a new user, some buttons have dual functions, such as power on/off and Bluetooth pairing. The icons next to the buttons are just symbols for indication, not actual buttons. The power button '>' typically has the power symbol close to it.

While the device is vibrating, first check if all the button functions are working, such as changing the vibe or the intensity, which will indicate whether the buttons and software are running correctly.

If there is a persistent Bluetooth connection to a phone or the remote, you cannot power down the device until the connection is terminated. This can be done by closing the app completely or holding the power button on the remote until it disconnects.

The next thing to try is to connect the device for charging with the USB cable. MysteryVibe devices should not vibrate when charging, so if the device detects charging power, the vibration should stop.

If this does not resolve the issue, please get back in touch, as your device may be faulty. For now, let the battery fully drain. After the battery has depleted, you can try a short charge of 5 to 10 minutes and check if the hard reboot has resolved the problem. Please also report this to us at [email protected].
