All U.S. orders are fulfilled locally through our warehouse partner, Flexport. Most mainland U.S. orders ship within three business days, but during periods of unusually high order volume or warehouse closures, fulfillment can occasionally take up to seven business days.

Please make sure your destination has a secure drop-off point, as the courier is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery. Tracking numbers are emailed when your order ships.
