My Poco won't turn onUpdated a month ago

Please note, all our products are shipped in a travel lock mode, in order to release the device from this mode the USB Charge power must be applied. After the device has received charge for a small time, remove the USB lead and attempt to switch the device on.

If you continue to have problems could you please check the following and let me know and I will pass that on to our technical team to follow up with you.

1. Use a different power source and a different USB cable

2. Check if there is any dirt or dust in the charging port

3. Check if you see any lights when you start charging the device.

4. Press each button a few times to check for distinct and repeated clicks.

5. Turn on the device by pressing the Power on/off button for 2 seconds. (Please note that some devices will turn on then off quickly if you hold the button for too long. To resolve this issue we recommend updating the device using the app)

6. After you try to turn the device on, press each button one at a time. You should observe that each time you press the button the light should tun on to indicate the button press.

The timing difference is subtle.

GOOD:

To power press power button – count 1 – 2 seconds and release. (All good). Holding for about 1 seconds and releasing before the Light flashes also works well.

BAD:

But if they hold for 4 seconds, that is 2 seconds on activation – and 2 seconds for power down.

If that does not work, please contact us at [email protected].
