Problems turning off the device?Updated a month ago

If you’re new to the device, remember that some buttons perform two functions, such as power on/off and Bluetooth pairing. The icons next to the buttons are indicators, not additional buttons. The power button ( > ) usually appears beside the power symbol.

While the device is vibrating, first verify that every button works by changing the vibration pattern and adjusting the intensity. This confirms that the buttons and software are operating correctly.

If the device is connected to a phone or the Remote through Bluetooth, you will not be able to power it down until the connection ends. Close the app completely or hold the Remote’s power button until it disconnects.

Next, connect the device to a USB cable and start charging. MysteryVibe devices should not vibrate while charging, so the vibration should stop as soon as the device detects power.

If the issue persists, the device may be faulty. Let the battery drain completely, then give it a short 5 -10 minute charge to see whether a hard reboot fixes the problem. If not, please contact us at [email protected].
